Aiden - 4 Months

You were officially 4 months old on Sunday but today was your 4 month well baby visit so we got your current stats. Here's the 4 month stats:

weight: 14 lbs 6 oz (50th percentile)

height: 25 1/2 inches (approx. 75th percentile)

Dr. Albin was a little surprised to see such a jump in weight from the 10th percentile at our 2 month checkup to the 50th percentile at 4 months. He's our chunky monkey!

You're our happy, sweet, laid back little brudder bear! You are thisclose to rolling over but that big belly is a speed bump and seems to be getting in your way. You talk up a storm and like to squeal and giggle. You're very interested in your surroundings and like to sit up in our laps and watch what Owen is doing. You're not a fan of the paci but you love to have a snuggly blanket to hold up to your cheek and get cozy with. You love the music from your mobile and usually fuss when it goes off.

You're still eating 6 oz bottles but are starting to stretch the time out a little bit to every 4 hours. You've been sleeping a little better in the past week and only getting up 1-2 times per night (thank you!). We started you on cereal sporadically a couple of weeks ago and you really like it. We will add that to our daily routine now that we officially have the okay from the doctor. You're definitely a mama's boy (no complaints here!) and we definitely have a special bond.

You love it when Owen talks to you and you two are starting to really interact more. Owen likes to tell you what's out the window when we're in the car and he tries to "teach" you how to hold your toys. It's fun to watch you two spend time together.

We're enjoying every minute with our sweet brudder bear!
